Franked with 3k violet (Schmidt #24, issued in 1891), tied on arrival by circular violet datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the district capital (27.03.18??), datestamp repeated on front on delivery the next day.

Cut at the top but still a fine and attractive cover.
