1892 (28 Jan) Urga, Mongolia cover addressed to Pekin, China, franked with 7k (Date-stamp Type 3c)

1892 (28 Jan) red band cover addressed from Russian Post Office in Urga, Mongolia to Pekin, China. Franked with 7k (1889 year issue), tied by "Urga" double oval departure date-stamp (right half of the year missing), the year was written by hand at the sender's post office. The receiving firm's "Dun-Fu-Yu Pekin" handstamp is in a red double-framed rectangle, with other markings and red handstamps.

Date-stamp Type 3c (Tchilingirian & Stephen).
