1898 official correspondence from Khopersk, Don region to Kalyazin, Tver. Uryupinsk calendar postmark, later use. A 4-line stamp of outgoing correspondence and a label with a "seal for packages" of the district government of Khopersky Ataman of the Don Army. Loss of the valve.
