Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from the volost village Berestovka to the chief of the second sector of the district in a village of the volost Andreevka . Franked with two 3k yellowish rose and carmin-rose (Schmidt #40, Chuchin 44a), one for postage and one for registration tied by circular violet handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of Berestovka (БЕРЕСТОВКА). Date (02.10.1899) added by pen.
