18XX (8 July) red band cover addressed from Russian Post Office in Urga, Mongolia to Pekin, China. Franked with 7k, tied by "Urga" double oval departure date-stamp (right half of the year missing). The receiving firm's "Dun-Fu-Yu Pekin" handstamp is in a red oval, with other markings and red handstamps.

Date-stamp Type 3c (Tchilingirian & Stephen).
