1904 (6 July) red band cover addressed from Russian Post Office in Urga, Mongolia to Pekin, China. Franked with two 7k, tied by clear red-violet "Urga Pochtov. Kontora" date-stamp, repeated alongside. The receiving firm's "Dun-Fu-Yu Pekin" handstamp is in a red double-framed rectangle, with other markings and red handstamps.

Scarce clear date-stamp Type 4a in red-violet color (Tchilingirian & Stephen).
