1917 Detachable form for notification of postal order Polonskoe Volyn Petrograd. Transfer of the Libava branch of the Russian-Asian Bank, transferred to Petrograd in connection with the German offensive. A rare non-postal stamp of the Bank in whose interests the transfer was made, October 1917. It was sent to the Bank in a package along with other documents.

1917 Отрывной формуляр уведомления почтового перевода Полонское Волынской Петроград. Перевод Либавского отделения Русск-Азиатского банка, переведенного в Петроград в связи с наступлением немцев. Редкий непочтовый штемпель банка, в интересах которого был проведен перевод, октября 1917 года. В банк пересылался в пакете вместе с другими документами.
