The first UNR postcard issued by the Kiev District of Post and Telegraph. Sent on 15.12.1918 from Malovyshkovsky to Dobrodeyevka, on the first day of the transition of power from the Hetmanate to the UNR. SURCHARGE postmark for 30 kopecks. Franked with a pair of 2 kop. with an overprint of Kiev, type 2, as well as with 1 kop. with an overprint of Kiev, type 2f. Bulat's Certification
Первая почтовая карточка УНР, выпущенная Киевским Округом Почты и Телеграфа. Отправлена 15.12.1918 из Маловышковского в Добродеевку, в первый день перехода власти от Гетьманата к УНР.
