1921 registered letter from Kadom, Tambov Province to Khristinovka, Kiev Province, payment with control stamps ФМ 14 (Zagorsky). During this period, these stamps were used at the rate of 250 rubles per piece, regardless of the nominal value. Accordingly, the payment is 500 rubles, double the rate of a non-registered letter (not a registered one) (the order costs 1000 rubles).
