1927 (Jan. 10) registered red band cover sent from Sinkiang Luntai to Tientsin, franked on reverse 1916-19 “Limited For Use In Sinkiang Province” overprint on First Peking print Junk issue, 10c. deep blue x 2, tied by Sinkiang Luntai 1927 Jan. 10 cds, KUERHLEI 1927 Jan. 12 transit cds, on front with similar Sinkiang Luntai cds of same date, TIENTSIN 1927 Feb. 13 and TIENTSIN 2 1927 Feb. 13 arrival cds’s. Cover opened and resealed with “Examined and resealed by the Provincial Governor also act as Military Governor Committee” censor label at bottom on back.
