1931 (17 Nov) cover locally used in Urga (Ulan Bator) franked with pair of 5m, tied by Ulan Bator departure postmark with a swastika symbol and addressed in Cyrillic to 'Mongolbank'.

Hardly shifted 5m overprints on stamps. Very scarce overprint error, uncommonly used on the cover. Excellent specimen.
