1931 (17 Nov) cover locally used in Urga (Ulan Bator) franked with imperforated 10m, tied by Ulan Bator departure postmark with a swastika symbol and addressed in Cyrillic to 'Mongolbank'. Blue sign on the front.

Inverted 10m overprint on imperf 10c green stamp with a large corner margin. Very rare stamp used on the cover. Excellent specimen.
