Multiple franking of 35 stamps for the amount of 7 rubles with payment for the return of the parcel (sent on 03.01.1940, received in Arzamas on 12.01. returned on 21.02, given to the sender on 24.02. 1940). Late usage of a rare design postmark with the name of Oblast in the inner circles of the postmark.

1940 сопроводительный адрес к посылке. Множественная франкировка 35 марок на сумму 7 рублей с оплатой возврата посылки (отправлена 03.01.1940, получено в Арзамасе 12.01. вернулась 21.02, выдана отправителю 24.02. 1940 года). Позднее испльзование штемпеля редкого оформления с названием области во внутренних сферах штемпеля.
