1942 (Nov. 29) registered airmail cover sent from Kwangtung Toishan to U.S.A., franked on reverse 1940 Hong Kong Commercial Press print Air Mail issue, 60c. deep blue and $1 apple green and 1940 Dr. SYS issue Hong Kong Dah Tung print $10 violet & green, tied by three strikes of Kwangtung Toishan 1942 Nov. 29 cds, KWEILIN 1942 Dec. 9 transit cds, MIAMI, FLA. REGISTERED MAR 10 1943 and SACRAMENTO. CALF. REGISTERED MAR 13 1943 arrival cds’s, both in magenta, on front with an unframed “DHF/18” censor handstamp in violet. Cover opened and resealed with “OPENED BY EXAMINER P.C.90” censor label, with some stained spots.
