Please notify sender to indicate Postal Zone Number for speedy delivery” (number of zone in bracket illegible) propaganda slogan in violet, also franked on reverse same CNC Surcharge on Dr. SYS issue Hong Kong Chung Hwa print, $200 on 10c. green, block of 6 (2 x 3) with bottom imprint margin, tied by four similar Pekkiatien 1947 July 30 cds’s, PEIPING 1947 July 31 and PEIPING (8) July 31 arrival cds’s, small part of flap on back missing, otherwise fine.
