Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from the volost village Velrik to the administration of the district. Franked with two 3k lilac and yellowish-red (Schmidt #22, issued in 1891), one for postage and one for registration, tied by circular black handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of the volost of Velrik (ВЕЛРИКЪ). Arrival violet datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the city of Gadiach.
