MODERN LOCAL STAMPS AND POSTAL HISTORY COLLECTION OF THE TRANSITIONAL PERIOD ON PAGES IN LARGE THREE-RING BINDER: 1992-93, 1450 originally printed or surcharged on Soviet Union definitive stamps, including surcharges on pairs, blocks of 4, 16, 20 or 24 (such surcharges counted as one stamp), in addition 158 covers franked by these stamps and all-Ukrainian definitives, representing locals from ''N'' to ''Z'' of over 30 different districts, most powerful are Obukhiv, Odessa, Poltava, Pryluky, Rivne, Sumy, Vinnytsia and several others, some of these surcharges have dubious status, however many of those were in real postal circulation, clean condition, mostly VF, Est. $800-$1,000
