Cambridgeshire Philatelic Auctions has been trading for over 30 years.
Our public auctions now comprise about 3,000 lots featuring worldwide collections, single stamps, sets and covers.
In the intervening years we have moved shop premises and changed our auction venue. We now hold our auctions approximately every 2 months at The Maltings in Ely. This characteristic building erected in 1868 was first used as a brewery and converted in 1987 into a venue for conferences and functions. It is in a pleasant location overlooking The River Ouse.
For those customers who cannot come to the auction viewing is available at our shop premises up to four weeks before the sale.
We also have a postal viewing facility for small postable lots as well as being able to supply scans and photocopies of single stamps, sets and covers.
CPA comprises three full-time staff, all of whom have to work closely together to meet the stringent deadlines of catalogue production.
Our opening hours are Tuesday: OFFICE ONLY 9.30am-5pm, Wednesday to Friday: 9.30am-4pm, Saturday: 9am -12pm
