Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed registered cover from some village to the Gadyach city court. Franked with 3k yellowish-green and red (Schmidt #25, issued in 1892).
The front of the cover bears an arrival datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the district capital (06.10.18??)
The stamp bears a part of a pen cross cancellation and also a datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the district capital (14.02.18??). It probably doesn't come from the cover.
