Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed cover from the volost village Lipovaya Dolina to the administration of the district in the city of Gadiach. Franked with 3k gold on grey paper (Schmidt #18), tied by circular blue handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of Lipivata Dolina (ЛИПОВАЯ ДОЛИНА). On reverse, arrival postmark of the Zemstvo post office of the city of Gadyach (29.11.18??-year unreadable but probably 1889).

Some foxing and ageing of the paper but interesting cover with two different Zemstvo postmarks.
