(25.05.1895), transferred to the Zemstvo post and franked with 4k brown postage due stamp of Bogorodsk (Schmidt #129, issued in 1895), cancelled on 19.05.1895 (Julian calendar).
The cover is an illustrated commercial envelope especially designed for the Russian market containing a price list from a Viennise agricultural tool supplier
All printed matter coming from abroad was submitted to censorship. The cover bears a "ДЦ" marking (passed by censor). There is also an Imperial Bogorodsk arrival mark (unreadable)
