Red band cover from Urga with written instruction to forward to the branch office in Waikwan, Peking through Min Chu service, bearing horizontal pair 1893 issue 7k canceled by Urga c.d.s. of 14 July 1905 (Tchil Type 4A) in black, additional strike, red unframed mark 'Kalgan', red framed Min Chu firm's cachet 'Tung-ko San-sen Letter Office', and brush written on the center date manuscript '6th month 22nd day at Kulun (July 24 by Solar Calendar); on the obverse, brush written arrival date 'Received Seventh month Sixth day (July 7 by Solar Calendar).
