Red-band cover from Urga to Kalgan bearing with written instruction to forward to the branch office in Weikwan, Peking by Min Chu service, bearing single and vertical pair 1883 issue 7K, paying the triple letter rate, and canceled by Urga c.d.s. of 25 April 1905 (Tchilingirian Type 4A) in black, brush written on the center date manuscript Chinese lunar '4th month 5th day at Kulun' (May 8 by Solar Calendar), red unframed 'Kalgan' in Russian, red Min Chu mark 'Tung-ko Tseng-sen Wan Letter Office', and violet manuscript in red '1905' alongside; on the obverse, Urga c.d.s. of dispatch with brush written arrival date 'Received 4th month 23rd day' (May 26 by Solar Calendar).
