1907 (Jan. 28) double registered red band cover sent from Kwangsi Wuchow to Peking, franked on reverse CIP Coiling Dragon issue, 4c. orange brown and 10c. deep green, tied by two Kwangsi Wuchow Ping Wu year 12th month 15th day (1907 Jan. 28) double-ring lunar cds’s, Chihli Ping Wu year 12th month 27th day arrival double-ring lunar cds, on front with a rectangular “WUCHOW (CHINA)/R/No. 310” registration handstamp, with few small tears along edges and light creases at bottom.
