1907 Postcard from Tomsk to Belgium, railway administration and theater. Calendar postmarks of Tomsk, Moscow post Office and receiving in Belgium. The crossed-out title "Open letter" and the inscription "Printed" with a short text allowed sending at the parcel rate, but paid at the postcard rate.

1907 открытка из Томска в Бельгию, управление железной дороги и театр.
Календарные штемпеля Томсква, Московского почтамта и получения в Бельгии.
Зачеркнутый заголовок "Открытое письмо" и надпись "Печатное" с кратким текстом позволяло отправить по бандерольному тарифу, но оплачено по тарифу почтовой карточки.
