1908 (18 Feb) Red band registered cover from Urga to Kalgan, bearing on reverse a partial franking (originally 14 kop.) of the 1889 issue. The Urga cancellation Type 4 on the reverse is dated 18 February, while the strike on the front is dated 25 February. The delivery datestamp of the Russian P.O. of Kalgan is dated 8 March.
The Urga Type 5 (Hellrigl) registration label is very rare. Ex Tolman collection.
