1912 Tiflis-Kharkov surcharge postcard. The killer postmark of Tiflis (with additional retractable needles for cancellation or punching stamps). It was normally used when receiving parcels to cnacellation of stamps of big value (the letter "к"). Surcharge postmark of Tiflis with double rate charging.

1912 доплатая открытка Тифлис-Харьков. Штемпель-убийца (с дополнительными выдвижными иглами для погашения или пробивания марок) Тифлиса. Обычно использовался при приеме посылок для гашения марок больших номиналов (литера "к"). Доплатной штемпель Тифлиса с взысканием двойного тарифа.
