1913 14k Catherine II, Romanov Tercentenary, Frame only die proof in light blue, printed on chalk surfaced thick paper. With names of artist and engraver beneath the picture. Excellent condition, slight trace of hinge. Only a limited quantity of 14k proofs was printed, extremely rare. Proofs in blue shades are rarer than in other colors.

Color: Light Blue.

The paper thickness is near 0.09 mm.
