1917 (6 April, Julian calendar) Red band censored cover from Urga, via Vladivostok, to Peking, bearing on the reverse 1909 issue 10k, cancelled with the Urga Type 7b datestamp. Peking Russian P.O. datestamp (27 April) on the front. Peking Chinese P.O. datestamp on the reverse (10 May, Gregorian calendar).

Strikes of the boxed censor handstamp of Vladivostok in purple are on the front and reverse, respectively. The routing via Vladivostok is very rare.
