The letter is marked with 10 stamps 100 (Zagorsky) for the amount of 30 rubles in 1923 banknotes at the rate of 17.09.1923 (although from this day on, the rate was 45 rubles in 1923). Postmark of the Oktyabrsky railway station, early use (order on renaming 27.02.1923).
