1927 Mokhovyye Gory, Nonregistered Surcharge Postmark & Reimposition of Surcharge, Advertising

1927, Non-registered letter from Mokhovyye mountains. A surcharge of 18 kopecks (registered letter) was imposed in mail car 75, which was removed in Moscow, and surcharge of 8 kopecks (non-registered letter) was imposed. The change in the surcharge is due to the addressing to the editorial office of newspapers which had a discount in regard to surcharge correspondence (a single surcharge for a non-registered letter, and not a double one or for a registered letter in different periods). Rolling advertising postmark of the Moscow Head Post Office, advertising of subscriptions to periodicals.

1927, простое письмо из Моховые горы,.
В почтовом вагоне 75 наложена доплата 18 копеек (заказное письмо), которая снята в Москве и наложена 8 копеек (простое письмо). Изменение доплаты связано с адресованием в редакцию газет, которые имели льготу по доплатной корреспонденции (однократная доплата до простого письма, а не двойная или до заказного в разные периоды).
