1940 Accompanying address to the parcel with the commemorative stamps, strip 488 and strip of 3 standard marks 608a (?). Later use (to be replaced in 1938-1939) of rare types of postmarks (Morovsk-the name of Oblast inscribed in the inner circles; Komarovka - additional lines of cancellation)

Позднее использование (должны быть заменены в 1938-1939 года) редких видов штемпелей (Моровск - вписанные во внутренние сферы наименование области; Комаровка с дополнительными линиями гашения)
