Gadiach Zemstvo locally addressed cover from the village Podolki to the Uprava (assemblee) of the district. Franked with 3k gold on grey paper (Schmidt #18) tied by circular blue handstamp of the Zemstvo post office of Podolki (ПОДОЛКИ). Arrival circular datestamp of the Zemstvo post office of the city of Gadyach (23.04-year unreadable, probably 1889)
