Combination cover from the German post office in Constantinople (Levant) to Zuevskaya (Зуевслая) volost in the Bogorodsk district (Moscow province).

Franked with one 1-Piaster on 20-Pf blue (Mi8 issued in 1889) and 5-Kopeks of Bogorodsk (Schmidt #62).

Some spots and aging of the paper but a very rare exhibition cover (less than 5 recorded).
