Kadnikov Zemstvo registered local cover (petition) addressed from a village in the volost of Shevnintskaya to the administration of the district of Kadnikov. Franked with 3k blue-green (Schmidt #8, issued in 1883) cancelled by black rectangular datestamp of the district "KADNIKOV Z.P.", date unreadable, probably around 20.12.1889.

FTear in the center of the reverse, but still a fine and attractive cover
