Insured letter sent from Baku to Archangelskoye volost pravleniye Nolinsk uezd Vyatka gubernia with documents enclosured for 25 rubles. On the top «Д. Кырчаны Вят.» = «Redirect Kyrchany Vyatka gubernia». On the backside postmarks of Malmyzh, Nolinsk and Kyrchany post station. Most likely that in Nolinsk handwritten marking was put «По ближайшему расположению досылается в Кырчаны Вят. г.» = It is sent to the nearest location, to Kyrchany Vyatka gubernia» the seal of the tead of the post office and his signature Zaytsev.
