1918 International Surcharge Postcard from Russia with the French Censorship

Postcard for internal correspondence of 1909. sent in February 1918 from Moscow, the rate is 8 kopecks. A "T" surcharge handstamp was placed, but the surcharge was not collected. Oval handstamp of the French military censorship.
