Souvenir card from the 1941 Day of the Stamp and the Second Wartime Winter Help. Franked with Sc. В188 and a Klebezettel (gummed label) publicizing the Reichsbund der Philatelisten. The cancellations include depictions of the Signal Corps, a Panzer, a submarine and an edelweiss and rifle, and are from the set of ten war motif designs used in a number of towns between 10 and 14 January 1941.
